Hello All,
I decided to start a blog to jot down thoughts, ideas, experiences etc. to share with others…and hopefully, get inspired or inspire someone to keep going even when the going gets tough!
I live in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. A soccer-crazy teen and a partially confused tween make sure my days are totally filled with things to do or see and fights to referee while their truck driver dad shunts between Canada and the US to make ends meet. I could spend days just chronicling the scraps my boys get into!
I work at two different part-time jobs (crazy…I know) teaching ESL classes where I meet many talented people. For most, the only barrier to a great job is the language. I use a lot of materials from here and there and whatever digital media or platform is available to enhance my teaching. I plan to list them all as I use them.
A daughter, a sister, a mother, a wife, a teacher (facilitator sounds fancier!), a fount of advice(this part is easy! I dole out advice like freebies), a negotiator…the list is endless…duh! I may just be the world’s worst juggler or a crazy woman with a multiple personality disorder!!
So…welcome to my world!!
